The Global Repository is a multi-stakeholder project involving human rights organisations, legal and thematic experts, and technical teams. Can you describe a complex project you coordinated involving multiple organisations or teams with different priorities? What were the main challenges, and how did you handle them?
(This question is mandatory)

This role does not require you to be an international human rights lawyer, but it does involve working closely with legal practitioners and international and regional human rights mechanisms. A basic understanding of how these systems work is therefore important.

Can you describe your experience working with human rights, legal, or accountability mechanisms (or closely related fields)? What exposure have you had to legal or quasi-legal processes, and why do you feel prepared to work confidently with lawyers and legal experts as project stakeholders?

(This question is mandatory)

This is a highly collaborative and largely remote role that involves coordinating across internal teams, working with external partners, facilitating user engagement sessions and trainings, and keeping a complex project moving forward in the face of ambiguity and competing priorities.

Can you describe a situation where you had to proactively drive a project or initiative forward across multiple people or teams, identify and solve problems along the way, and keep things on track? What did you do concretely, what obstacles did you face, and what was the outcome?

(This question is mandatory)
If you are successful in the application, when would you be available to start in the role?
